I have been producing prints since I joined the Otago Art Society Printmakers' Group in 1990, and have regularly exhibited my work at OAS exhibitions, as well as galleries in Dunedin and elsewhere. My special interests include Plant Geography, and many of my prints reflect that, through the portrayal of weeds and other wild plants.
After experimenting with different ways of obtaining colour prints with linocutting - sometimes combined with etching - a distinctive style of coloured linocuts has developed, featuring plants, often in their natural setting.
I have won Awards for my work and have sold works locally, throughout the country and overseas.
